Superstudio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at super.studio and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, workspace name, and any content you create within the platform (projects, time entries, contacts, etc.). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve the service.
When you connect third-party services (Google Workspace, ClickUp, Dropbox, QuickBooks Online), we store encrypted OAuth tokens to access those services on your behalf. We do not store the content of your emails, files, or financial records beyond what is necessary for display and caching within the platform. You can revoke integration access at any time from your Settings page.
We use your information to: operate and maintain the platform; provide customer support; send service-related communications; improve and personalize the user experience; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with row-level security enforcing strict tenant-based data isolation. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices for data protection.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Cached data from third-party integrations is purged when the integration is disconnected.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; export your data in a portable format; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@super.studio.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if used, are privacy-respecting and do not track individuals across sites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
