These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Superstudio platform operated by Superstudio, Inc. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use Superstudio, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each workspace must designate at least one Owner who accepts these Terms on behalf of the workspace.
You agree to use Superstudio only for lawful purposes related to managing your studio's operations. You may not: use the platform to store or transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces' data; resell access to the platform without our written consent; or use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the platform.
You retain ownership of all content you create within Superstudio. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects, time entries, contacts, or other data. We use your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Superstudio connects to third-party services (Google, ClickUp, Dropbox, QuickBooks) on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data. You may disconnect any integration at any time.
Each workspace receives a subdomain (e.g., yourstudio.super.studio). Subdomain names must not infringe on trademarks, contain offensive language, or impersonate other workspaces. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains that violate these guidelines.
The Starter plan is free for up to 5 team members. Paid plans are billed monthly per active user. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superstudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a 30-day window to export your data. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
